• Clean up of Baked Goods: 2:30 - 3:30pm
  Wrap remaining items for “to-go” sales. Put remaining beverages in shed. Clean coffee/tea urns and store in shed. Sweep front sidewalk. Take out trash. Bring folding tables to shed and make sure they are clean and wiped down. Neatly stored remaining paper goods and baked sale items inside shed, according to labels inside shed.

• Clean-Up of Plant Sale: 3:00pm — 4:30pm
  Tall, strong, and physically able. We need to break down 4 tents and 6 tables and bring them back to the shed from 39th Ave. Tents must be stored in the proper area in shed. Tables must be cleaned of dirt; sidewalk must be swept and garbage removed. Remaining plants must be put into pool area. Other tasks as needed. Many hands make light work!
  1.5 hrs volunteer time
• Event Set Up PLANT SALE 8:30-10:00am
  Tall, strong, and physically able - 6 folding tables and 4 tent/awnings need to be set up on 39th Ave. All plants must be moved from pool area to designated areas on 39th Ave. "Many hands make light work!" A good setup team will make the break down easy...Can't stress how important this job is! Please be on time!

• Event Set-Up BAKE SALE 8:30-10:00am
  Set up two folding tables on 39th Ave; make coffee; bring baked goods, beverages, and paper-goods and display price signs. Need long extension cord to be set up for coffee and hot water urn. 1.5 volunteer hours.
• Sell Baked Goods: 10:00am — 12:00pm

  Ensure that all volunteer bakers sign in to get credited for their volunteer hours. Monitor cash box and keep table clean and fresh looking. No children are allowed to sell food or handle money.
