General Information for local Artists & Crafters who are considering selling their creations directly to the public during our annual Oktoberfest.   

Scheduled for October 7th, 2017 from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. Open to the Public. Rain date is October 8th.

The Sunnyside Flea Arts & Crafts Fair is a key part of our Oktoberfest hosted by Sunnyside Gardens Community Association and its volunteering members. On a sunny day, this event draws in people from all over the 5 boroughs with about 2,000 attendees. Time Out has written up this event as one of the top 10 family fall festivals.  For more details on the event, please see HERE  

Booth fees are $50 per a 10’ by 10’ space and are allotted upon confirmation of acceptance. Shared space is allowed (If the person(s) you are sharing with does not show up you are still responsible for paying the full space(s) fee). 

Set-up occurs in the morning from 9:00am to 11:30am.  Due to setting up for the entire event, Arts & Craft vendors must have their vehicles out of the fairgrounds by 10:00am.  For more details, please download the vendor's application: Octoberfest Vendor Contract 2017.pdf  If you are interested, please complete the application and return to the Park office.

In regards to weather, the decision to shift to the rain date could be made as late as 2:00pm on October 6th. Please be prepared to attend on the rain date as well. If the event does cancel, you will be refunded 100% of your payment.
